Our Vision
Ridgeline Forward projects keep Colorado residents in their homes, making construction affordable and contractors available by supplementing the costs of needed home modifications and repairs.
Bridging the Gap
To provide an analogy, many of us know or have been that family whose high-performing child gets admitted to a top university, but due to their middle-income status they neither qualify for financial aid nor can afford to send their student without it. When a charitable organization steps in to provide that student a well-deserved merit scholarship, we don’t view it as a handout but a “hand up” to a future contributor to our society. That scholarship may not be a full ride, but it makes attending school affordable.
Supporting Our Community
Likewise, we have “high performing” homeowners that are contributing to our Colorado communities now, but find themselves in a similar situation. These can be folks from underserved communities such as our elderly, people with disabilities and their caretakers, and our nations veterans, as well as our community servants like our teachers, first responders, active duty military, and foster families. Ridgeline Forward wants to be the scholarship provider for our neighbors who have prioritized service to their community over financial riches, and now need some work done to stay in their homes and thrive within our community.
THE PROCESS
Our process provides a unique, community-building opportunity across the Pikes Peak region. Homeowners can find and afford a local contractor. Contractors can perform great work for good reasons without jeopardizing the financial health of their small business. Individuals and businesses that donate time or money build reputation and recognition as purpose driven participants. As a result, our Colorado neighborhoods flourish.
Ridgeline doesn't approach this as a charity, but as networking with a purpose.
Our Action Plan
Going Viral For Good
Like all charitable organizations, Ridgeline Forward will secure grants and donations to subsidize work needed on our clients homes within the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department area. But we want to go beyond just donated dollars. At Ridgeline Forward, we will harness the power and reach of social media to expand the good work we can do.
We want to go viral, pumping out entertaining videos that feature, highlight, and promote the amazing stories of our clients and their contributions and provide a trusted educational resource for solving home repair issues. The Ridgeline Forward name will mean quality construction, education, and strong community engagement and support.
Our production teams will generate content across every platform earning dollars that directly supplement our clients' projects:
featuring our clients, their backgrounds, their hard work during the project itself, and their reactions to final transformations. We bring you right into our process to collaborate with our clients to show the incredible power of community and collaboration.
that feature our professional contractors using tried-and-true, code-compliant techniques to teach other homeowners step-by-step how to replicate the work we do in our Ridgeline Forward projects. Education designed to extend our community to anyone looking to address home repair.
with modern design and inspiring ideas that include affiliate marketing links for everything you see to make your home renovations a breeze. Using our links to these goods ensures you’re getting the same quality and value we provide to our clients while also helping fund future projects!
to catch your attention, keep viewers entertained, and guide eyes on to our other media and donation opportunities.
Why the emphasis on social media?
Because we recognize that not everyone has the time or skills to build these projects or the means to donate directly. But anyone can watch. Anyone can "like" and "subscribe." Anyone can help us create and share the content we need to do good. It opens participation in our projects to whole new demographics and regions of supporters - a community of neighbors with unlimited reach.
The bottom line is this:
No business would say "no" to receiving donations or advertising money to help offset the price to their customers and no client would turn down a reduced cost, but it's too difficult for every hometown contractor to be their own foundation and too challenging for every deserving homeowner to go viral on their own. Ridgeline Forward will do both for them - one project at a time.
